Perez Hilton Designs Shoes For Charity

Gossip columnist Perez Hilton usually spends his time snarking on celebrity fashion, but this time he's actually working to produce his own styles -- and for a good cause.
Hilton paired up with shoe retailer ShoeDazzle to create two shoes as part of its "Celebrity Shoe Design Program for Charity."
The first shoe Hilton designed, named "Sparkle," is a black faux suede pump with silver stud detailing on the heel, platform and dual ankle straps. The second is a casual unisex silver metallic sneaker with stud embellishments and zipper detailing, named "Shine." Both the pump and sneaker will be available on November 11th, exclusively in ShoeDazzle showrooms.

Perez Hilton Calls 'X Factor's' Stacy Francis Too Old for Pop; Adam Lambert Disagrees

It was a three-way Twitter war on Wednesday between the divas.

Run for cover, we have a three-way Twitter war on our hands. Perez Hilton called X-Factor’s Stacy Francis too old to be a pop star and American Idol alum Adam Lambert came to her defense.

“@stacyfrancis You're definitely talented and have a great voice but, sadly, at 42 you're too old to be the pop star you said you want to be,” the gossip blogger tweeted on Wednesday.

He’s referring to Francis’ comment on Tuesday’s live X Factor show after Simon Cowell critiqued her stage costume and mentor Nicole Scherzinger’s choice of George Michael’s “One More Try," because it didn't fit her “church” style of performance. In response, Francis told him that her dream is to be a pop singer.

Perez Hilton Bullies Lindsay Lohan Over Cutting Claims (Photo)

Lindsay Lohan was hanging out with her celebrity photographer buddy Terry Richardson for a party in Paris on September 30th. She tried to avoid photographers on her way out of the party, but they caught pictures of the actress.
Apparently the celebrity blogger “genius” (used very loosely) Perez Hilton noticed the photos of her exit and translated a scratch on her arm to mean that she’s cutting herself. Celeb Dirty Laundry has more:

‘Oh No! Is Lindsay Cutting???‘ In this post Perez mercilessly assaults Lindsay Lohan with baseless accusations of being a ‘cutter’ – all based upon his exaggerated interpretation of a photograph.
Perez uses a picture of Lindsay from a Paris Fashion Week event and draws an arrow pointing to what he calls a ‘disturbing image’ of a ‘fresh scar’ on the star’s left arm.

So whatever happened to Perez saying that he was going to stop bullying celebrities? To make such an outlandish assumption like that based on his perception of the photograph is just heinous.

Perez Hilton Declares Winner in Adele "Some One Like You" Cover Contest

2011 has been Adele's year, sweeping up awards and accolades left and right and topping the charts with her 21 album. But we bet if you ask the British songstress what she's most proud of, she'd say something to the effect of the impact her songs have had on people across the globe.

A simple search on Youtube generates thousands of people preforming their own version of Adele, and they got an unlikely Adele ally recently in the from of gossip blogger Perez Hilton. Hilton used Adele's "Someone Like You" for his latest "Can YOU Sing?" contest in which users submit their own brand of Adele. The cover contest wrapped up yesterday with some amazing contributions. The winning Adele cover went to Charlie Puth and Emily Luther, who turned the song into a duet, as well as modified the arrangement.
